A.W. Smith III Enterprises completed a comprehensive tenant buildout for Leesburg Sterling Family Practice at their Lansdowne location. This 10,000 square foot medical office space was designed to provide a modern, welcoming environment for patients while meeting the demanding functional requirements of a busy family practice.
The project scope included complete interior construction featuring patient exam rooms, treatment areas, a nurse station, administrative offices, and a comfortable waiting area. Special attention was given to patient flow optimization, ensuring efficient movement through the facility while maintaining privacy and comfort.
Our team coordinated all aspects of the buildout including HVAC modifications for proper medical ventilation, specialized electrical work for medical equipment, and plumbing for exam room sinks and lab areas. The project was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to adjacent tenants in the building.
